Lady Lyka ships across India with care — because what arrives at your door is the first physical experience of
our brand. Every order is packed thoughtfully and dispatched with precision.
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.
• During sale periods, new collection launches, or peak festive seasons, processing may take up to 2
additional business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a dispatch
notification with tracking details once your package is shipped.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance, weather conditions, or other
external factors. Lady Lyka partners with reputed logistics providers including Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, and Shiprocket network partners.
3. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lady Lyka is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Natural calamities, strikes, or other force majeure events.
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability at the delivery address.
• Public holidays or festive peak seasons.
• Technical issues on the part of the logistics partner.
If your order has not been delivered within the expected window, please contact us at __________ and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking
link.
• You can also track your order by logging into your Lady Lyka account under 'My Orders'.
• Live tracking is available through the logistics partner's website using your AWB number.
• For any tracking difficulties, write to us at __________ with your order ID.
5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Lady Lyka is not responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable
address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.
• If a delivery fails due to the customer's unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery up to 3 times.
• If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
• In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
• Address changes after dispatch are subject to courier partner policies and may not always be possible.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available on select pin codes across India.
• A nominal COD convenience fee may apply at checkout.
• Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive and pay for the package.
• Lady Lyka reserves the right to cancel or restrict COD for repeated non-acceptance of orders.
