Refund policy

At Lady Lyka, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we want to make it right — fairly,

efficiently, and without unnecessary hassle.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging must be intact.

• The item must not belong to the non-returnable category listed below.

• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided at the time of request.

2. Hygiene Policy for Intimate Wear

Given the intimate nature of our products, Lady Lyka follows a strict hygiene policy in line with industry

standards and customer safety.

• Panties, thongs, G-strings, and shapewear are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once

removed from their sealed packaging.

• Bras may be exchanged (not returned) if the hygiene seal is intact and the product is in original unworn

condition.

• Period panties and any items marked as 'hygiene sealed' on the product page are non-returnable under

any circumstances.

• Lady Lyka reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these hygiene standards.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within

48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order ID

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging showing the issue

• A brief description of the concern

Upon verification, Lady Lyka will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for damaged or wrong products will be borne by Lady Lyka.

4. Exchange Process & Timelines

• Raise an exchange request via email at __________ or through the 'My Orders' section on our website.

• Our team will confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

• Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 3–5 business days.

• Your exchange item will be dispatched within 2–3 business days of us receiving the returned product.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size or style is unavailable, a store credit will

be issued.

5. Refund Processing

Lady Lyka processes refunds only in the following cases:

• Damaged or incorrect products verified by our team.

• Items lost in transit.

• Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment.

Refund Timelines:

• Original Payment Method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI): 5–7 business days after refund initiation.

• Lady Lyka Store Credit: Issued within 24 hours of return verification.

• COD Orders: Refunded to the provided bank account (NEFT/IMPS) within 7–10 business days.

6. Conditions for Return Rejection

Lady Lyka reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if:

• The product shows signs of use, washing, or damage not reported at the time of delivery.

• Hygiene seal or original tags have been removed.

• The return request is raised beyond the 7-day window.

• The item belongs to the non-returnable category (intimate bottoms, period panties).

• The product has been altered or tailored.

• The return package received is empty or contains a different item.

In case of rejection, the product will be returned to you. Lady Lyka will not be responsible for any items sent without a prior approved return request.
